Welcome to the Southern Ontario Model Airshow website, also known as SOMA. SOMA is the annual Middle Zone fun-fly. This year SOMA takes place on Saturday, August 8th and Sunday, August 9th, 2009 at the Stoney Creek Airfield.
SOMA is proudly presented this year by the Stoney Creek Hawks. the Niagara Region Model Flying Club, the Hamilton Flying Tigers R/C Club, and the Burlington R/C Modellers.
Flying is unlimted. Electrics, scale, funfly, pattern, jets, helicopters, combat, giant scale, and, yes, even lawnmowers.
Only a $5 admission fee per car. Come on out and enjoy the fun!!! Food, prizes, commaraderie, and, of course, FLYING.
